Does KITE issue refunds?
NO, we do not issue refunds once the magazines are shipped. This is why we stress on the check -out page to make sure:
1. The facility accepts our magazines
2. Make sure you enter the person's ID#
3. Fill out the ship to section with the correct full address
How do I get the tracking info?
Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number. If the email address is incorrect, you will not receive one.
ALL RETURNED MAGAZINES ARE DESTROYED, BECAUSE THEY COME BACK DAMAGED OR POSSIBLY ALTERED. TO HAVE 2 OR MORE NEW MAGAZINES SHIPPED TO ANOTHER ADDRESS AT YOUR EXPENSE, USE THIS PRODUCT FEATURE.
